Our Laveen Campus & Multi-Purpose Community Hub Development
Our organization holds permanent, unencumbered title to a spacious 4.7-acre campus located at 4811 W. Southern Avenue in Laveen, Arizona.
As shown in our aerial campus view, our property is directly adjacent to rapidly expanding residential developments in South Phoenix, home to thousands of low-to-moderate-income families and older adults. To meet the urgent technological and educational needs of our growing neighborhood, our Board of Directors is actively developing a state-of-the-art Multi-Purpose Community Hall & Digital Literacy Hub on our expansive cleared acreage.
What This Expansion Delivers to the Community:
• Dedicated 15–20 Station Senior Digital Learning Lab: Furnished with large-screen workstations, high-speed Wi-Fi, and patient bilingual instruction for cyber-safety, anti-fraud defense, and telehealth navigation.
• Youth STEM & AI Exploration Center: Safe, after-school digital fluency, coding, and creative technology workshops for neighboring students.
• Inclusive, Open-Access Space: While our heritage is faith-based, all community programs and educational facilities on our campus are strictly secular, welcoming all residents regardless of religious background.
• Fiduciary Oversight: Governed by an independent Board of Directors, our comprehensive annual financial statements, capital campaign budgets, and community allocations undergo thorough annual review and formal board approval.
• Dual-State Compliance: Fully verified as a Public Charity (IRS Code: PC), in active good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC), the Arizona Secretary of State (Trade Name # 9503387), and the California Secretary of State.
