Senior Digital Health & Telehealth Access Initiative 

The Senior Digital Health & Telehealth Access Initiative is a specialized, community-embedded health equity program designed to eliminate the critical digital barriers preventing vulnerable older adults (ages 60+) from accessing timely medical care. Through patient, small-group instruction and hands-on practice, we empower low-income seniors and non-native English speakers to take control of their health, communicate seamlessly with healthcare providers, and safely navigate the digital healthcare ecosystem.
